At no time do we review your answers for legal sufficiency, draw legal conclusions, provide legal advice, opinions or recommendations about your legal rights, remedies, defenses, options, selection of forms, or strategies. The use of our services is not a substitute for the advice of an attorney.
You agree to use our platform and the documents generated by it only for your personal use. You may not resell, distribute, or otherwise exploit our generated documents or AI software for commercial purposes.
Our services are provided for a flat annual fee. Because our platform grants immediate access to proprietary document generation algorithms and court forms, refunds are only issued at our sole discretion or in instances where our software failed to deliver the promised documents.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Legal Technologies, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
