Terms of Service
Last Updated: April 15, 2026
1. Not a Law Firm; No Legal Advice
Pure Legal Technologies, Inc. ("PureDivorce", "we", "us", or "our") is a software platform, not a law firm. We provide an online portal to give visitors a general understanding of the law and to provide an automated software solution to individuals who choose to prepare their own legal documents.
At no time do we review your answers for legal sufficiency, draw legal conclusions, provide legal advice, opinions or recommendations about your legal rights, remedies, defenses, options, selection of forms, or strategies. The use of our services is not a substitute for the advice of an attorney.
2. Use of Services
You agree to use our platform and the documents generated by it only for your personal use. You may not resell, distribute, or otherwise exploit our generated documents or AI software for commercial purposes.
3. Refund Policy & Billing
Our services are provided for a flat annual fee. Because our platform grants immediate access to proprietary document generation algorithms and forms created by Pure Legal Technologies, Inc., refunds are only issued at our sole discretion or in instances where our software failed to deliver the promised documents.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Legal Technologies, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
5. Sophie is an AI Assistant, NOT an Attorney
By using PureDivorce.com, you acknowledge and agree that Sophie is NOT an attorney, so you should always independently verify.
6. No Warranties
PureDivorce.com and Sophie are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In no event shall Pure Legal Technologies, Inc. be liable for any claims, damages, or other liabilities, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the service or the use or other dealings in the service.
7. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
By using these services, you acknowledge and agree that these Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or related to any claims arising from the use of these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Georgia.
